We offer full-service short term accommodation and respite services for both children and adults at our 13-acre homestay property 45 minutes north of Brisbane. The property is a great place to relax with fresh home produce, horses, dogs, guinea pigs, and the surrounding natural beauty all in one place.
We offer community access to everyone on our service this includes social outings, holidays, day trips, general activities shopping, medical visits or whatever you may need.
We provide support for individuals living in their own homes (SIL) We provide long term support for individuals in their own homes, working with you and your loved one to provide the highest quality support.
When you stay with us you become part of our extended family, as a small service provider we offer personalised tailored support, you always have regular carers and specialist staff who understand your needs. You will always receive consistent care in a place that feels like your own home.
We have designed our living spaces, kitchen and bathrooms with the latest accessible design fixtures, fittings and features to make accessibility easier for you.
Accessibility is important: We use the latest smart home technologies and custom-built proprietary software to measure your progress and outcomes. By collecting usable data we are able to better communicate your needs with family, friends& funding providers, ensuring you get the right support and funding you need to reach your goals..

We first met David 15 years ago when providing respite for his 2 sons. David's boys are all grown up and these days we support David and his wife with community access, holidays and day to day support.
Angus Is an exceptional young man who is quite new to our service. He loves visiting us for respite to spend time with the other kids, the animals and going on outings to places like Australia Zoo.
Cassie is a brilliant and funny party girl, who loves to visit us for respite. You will often find Cassie out with us at the weekends visiting local venues for live music and a boogie.
Jack is new to the service and lives in his own home in a Supported Independent Living arrangement. Jack is supported there by our staff. Jack loves movies, sports and outings. Jack has a new living room setup with a smart TV, Kayo, Netflix, and Disney+.
Maddie is the sweetest kid ever! She visits us for school holiday respite, she loves riding the horses and using the playground and play equipment.
A girl of the city, Helen loves the arts, theatre, live music and good food she accesses SFS for community outings and the occasional weekend respite.
